We live in a world that often pulls us into extremes—right or wrong, good or bad, win or lose. But wisdom lives in the middle. In this 7-week series, Ramaa offers a brave, heart-centered space to meet life where it truly lives: in the middle.
Using the chakra system as our guide, we’ll explore the tension between opposing forces—faith and fear, self-worth and humility, love and loss—and learn how to hold both with grace. Each class blends teaching, discussion, meditation, and soulful reflection to help you return to your own center, week by week.
Come for one, some, or all seven. Each week is a complete experience of its own, and together they build a powerful path
of embodied insight.
Weekly Themes:
Week 1: Power and Powerlessness : Grounding in groundlessness
In a world where we long to feel anchored, this class invites you to discover a deeper kind of stability—the strength that comes from choosing to trust, even when there’s nothing solid to stand on.
Week 2: Self-Worth and Humility : Unique, but not superior
We’ll explore the universal desire to feel special, and how we can embrace our uniqueness without inflating the ego or shrinking the soul.
Week 3: Beyond Victory and Defeat :Let the outcome be a compass, not a verdict
This class helps untangle our identity from our achievements and reconnect us with purpose, choice, and the courage to act from intention.
Week 4: Love and Loss : Loving and letting go are two sides of the same coin
Bitterness, grief, and longing are honored here—not as flaws, but as signs that we’ve dared to love. True healing comes when the heart remains open in the face of impermanence.
Week 5: Fact and Fiction : The truth that stands beyond both
We’ll investigate the stories we’ve told ourselves—how they’ve shaped our identity—and begin to see the spacious truth that lives underneath them all.
Week 6: Peace and Conflict : Finding peace in the middle of conflict.
True peace is not the absence of conflict, but the ability to meet it with clarity and compassion. This class explores how opposites can lead to integration rather than division.
Week 7: Individuality and Non-Duality : Standing for oneself and standing for the whole.
We’ll reflect on the paradox of interbeing: how we are not separate, and yet each called to honor the clarity of our own voice - for the sake of the collective.
